Singapore Sting Cocktail

The Singapore Sting, a play on a Singapore Sling is a well balanced fruit drink with complex flavours and bright notes pushing from the THREE BEES Honey Infused Gin. This is a great cocktail to have a play around with if you fancy turning it into something else!

To be served in: Tall glass / Pina Colada glass

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients

  • 25ml THREE BEES Honey Infused Gin

  • 25ml Cherry Brandy

  • 25ml Benedictine

  • 50ml Pineapple Juice

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • Dash of Angostura bitters

  • Sparking Water

  • Ice

  • 1x Slice of Orange to garnish

  • 1x Cherry to garnish

Method

  • Step 1
    Pour the THREE BEES Honey Infused Gin, Cherry Brandy, Benedictine, Angostura bitters and ice into a mixing jug. Stir well until the outside feels cold.

  • Step2
    Pour into a glass, then add the pineapple juice, and lime juice then stir gently. If you need more liquid, top off with sparking water.

  • Step 3
    Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.
