Our Award Winning Soft Set Harborough honey started life as a clear OSR honey, we then use some summer honey along with a seed honey that we have produced to kick off the process of controlled granulation. The seed only makes up around 15% of the overall product and is smooth, and has a very fine granular structure. When the liquified OSR honey granulates in the creaming machine, it then takes on the consistency of the seed. The whole process takes around two weeks to complete.

Our Award Winning Soft set Harborough honey is ideal for spreading on warm toast as it’s soft buttery texture helps it stick to your knife and toast without making a mess! This is our most popular honey if you want something spreadable.
